Our Team - Angie Jenkins
Angie is the founder and managing director of Fit For Life. Originally from Canada, she started her sports carrier as a competitive gymnast. Following her eight years of dedicated practice she then continued to coach competitive athletes until she immigrated to Ireland in 1995.
Angie is passionate about educating and helping people to achieve optimum health and vitality. With over 14 years’ experience in the health and fitness industry she specializes in designing, developing and implementing world class fitness and nutrition programmes for both corporate clients and individuals.
Simon Brophy – Personal Fitness Coach
Simon has been a trainer with Fit for Life for the last 3 years. He is qualified personal trainer (ITEC), sports massage therapist (ITEC), FAI Level 1 coaching & SAQ Level 1. Simon started his sports career playing football for some of the top youth sides in Dublin. For the past 7 years Simon has been coaching young players with some of them going on to England teams. He is a young vibrant trainer who loves to come up with new training methods and styles for sports and corporate clients so he can get the best of out them and push them towards achieving their goals.
Brendan Roche – Personal Fitness Coach
Brendan started his fitness career training to be an Officer in the Irish Defence Forces. Since then he has qualified as a Personal Trainer and also as a Fitness Tutor training & examining future fitness instructors for the NCEF. Brendan works both with general population and with the disabled populations (with most experience in working with clients with visual & auditory impairments ).
Richard Andreucetti Personal Fitness Coach
Richard is a fitness and sports lover. Qualifying with a Marketing degree he originally was in sales and marketing before he moved into the fitness industry. He qualified with the National Training Centre (NTC) as a Fitness Coach and Personal Trainer in 2008. He has since gone on and become a Performance Boxing, Kettlebell, Step and Spin Instructor. Richard comes from a Rugby background playing at a high level both in schools and club with St Marys College RFC. He is a qualified Leinster accredited Coach and IRFU Conditioning Coach. Apart from coaching a variety of teams within St Marys College RFC Richard is also a conditioning coach too Basketball and Hockey teams.
